It is somwhat unfortunate for the negation put
upon the charge2 in this paragraph1, that but in the
page before we should have been told of
Writs of Error which brought for no other than
for the purpose of delay —

It is to be asked, how would you prevent
their Men's bringing them? make it [in all cases
as already it is in some] no longer worth their
while —

I need say no more to a Jurist person of this writer's sagacity
to the public at large. I shall take the liberty of saying more
at a more convenient season
