one of the Lords Commissioners of Justiciary.
Whereas there was this day presented to me a petition
in the name of William Gilbertson late of Milman
Street London, now rending in Glasgow, trustee upon
the sequestrated estate of Alexander Hunter Junr
Merchant in Glasgow, and interim factor upon the
sequestrated Estate of Malcolm Hunter Merchant
in Glasgow, and subseritied for him by Mr John
Clerk advocate his procurator, addressed to the
Right Honble The lord Justice General. The Lord
Justice Clerk the Lords Commissioners of Justiciary
on any one of them. Humbly Shewing, That the
Petitioner in the Cause of an Investigation made
by him in pursuance of his duty as Trustee & Interim
factor on the sequestrated estates of the said Alexander
Hunter Junr &c Malcolm Hunter; has discovered that
since the dates of the said sequestrations.
