Allowances to Assessors.

Assessors to have the
liberty of inspecting
and copying any Poor
Rate and House Tax
Assessment.

Penalty for refusing
such inspection.

Where any new
Assessment is made,
public Notice thereof
shall be given and
all persons included
in the assessment
shall have
liberty to inspect it, etc.

Penalty for refusing
inspection.

The new assessment
shall be binding
on all parties.

Appeal against
new Assessment.

The Assessment may
be altered to releive
the Appellant
without altering
any other part of
it.

Provision for assessing
and levying Police
Rate in those Places
within the Metropolitan
District
where there is no
Poor Rate.

His Majesty may
hereafter, by Order
of council, direct
any parishes within
a certain distance
of the Metropolis to
be added to the Metropolitan
Police District,
and such Parishes
when so added
shall be subject to
all the provisions of this Act.
