made necessary as conditions to the establishment of the exemption,
over and above those circumstances which
serve to invest the person in question with [the his]
particular character [in question]. The provisions
that seem requisite to be made for this such a purpose
will be referred to a title of Law denominated
from the sort of person to whom the Powers in
question are given. Thus exemptions given to
a person in consideration of his being a
Parent, will be referred to a Division that may
be entitled the Parents' Law: exemptions given
to a person in consideration of his acting in the
capacity of a Medical Practitioner will be referred
to the Physician and Surgeon's Law: and
so with respect to other characters and occupations.
