In For divers offences committed in concert each is to be distin- punished according to his part as far as it can be distinguished.
If two or more offenders concur in committing divers
offences on the same occasion, whether to the prejudice
of the same party or of divers parties, in such
case as far as the parts taken by each and knowledge persuasions and intention of each
can be distinguished let them be punished according
to their the parts taken by them respectively,
and their respective knowledges persuasion and intentions:
as far as this can not be done, let each be
responsible for the whole. In general, [when offenders
act in concert,] whatever has been done by any one
the presumption is that it was intended by them

2 Appropriated offences enumerated
Appropriated offences are as follows: viz.
1. Adultery.
2. Polygamy.
3. Matrimonial Desertion
4. Forcible Marriage
5. Desertion of Children, a child, a wife, a husband, a guardian, a
ward
6. Seduction when incestuous
7. All offences concerning Trust, on the part of the Trustee.
There may be others which can not be enumerated owing
to the locality of their nature. Such for instance are those some which may
be commissible by persons of particular professions: for which
in some cases the forfeiture of the right of exercising the profession may be a proper
