A Perpetrator, who
Where there are more persons concerned in the
production of an obnoxious event than one, the
perpetrator is he w last of all persons such of
the persons who were contributing to it so concerned as possessed any degree
of criminal intentionality or consciousness may be
stated the perpetrator. If it can not be distinguished
which of a number of the persons so them was last concerned was concerned
last, they may all of them be stiled perpetrators. Thus
if a person in his right mind instigate a mad man
to kill you, or an infant to set fire to your
house, or any other person to an officer of justice
to apprehend you on the false pretence of
your having robbed him, not the madman nor
the infant nor the officer of justice is the perpetrator,
