§. XII. In what Cases, Compensation is
extinguished by lapse of Time.

The right of demanding Compensation is extinguished
in the different cases hereinafter following by
different lengths of time, under the exceptions following;
Simple Personal Injuries 3 Months
Irreparable Personal Injuries 3 Months
