19. C Of Compensation
all persons endamaged to come in by a time certain, making only
allowances for temporary impediments and disabilities. This it to
prevent one person's absorbing the whole fund.

Preference among claims
Let a superior claim as in Sect. III meet with more favour
than an inferior; yet not so as to have an exclusive preference.

-- Also for other claimants.
Where the amount of the compensation money that seems
proper to be given is so great in any case as to be likely to exhaust,
or nearly to exhaust, the whole of the offender's substance, if there
appears ground for supposing that there are other persons who on
the score of compensation, or otherwise, may have claims thereon, let
the Judge, before he adjusts the Sum definitively, give notice for
all such persons to come in.

The first Sufferer who receives compensation money to give Security.
Where the sum due for compensation money to any one
person is considerable, for instance more than £100, the Judge before
he causes it to be paid may exact security of the person to
whom it is to be paid to refund such part as shall appear due
to such subsequent claimants coming in after their respective impediments
are removed.

Unless he be honestly
unable.
Let not such security however be exacted, if the party,without
