Thus much being premised, with relation to
ablative and as well as collative incidents, efficient and
diremptive causes of right and title, the definition
of a proprietor may be as short as it
is precise. – The proprietor with relation
to any each article of property as he, with relation
to whom any some one of the incidents comprised included admitted
by the law in into the catalogue of collative incidents
has taken place, with at the same time that
no one of the incidents comprised included admitted by the law
in the catalogue of ablative incidents has taken
place with relation to him.
