Damage to property a man's property consists
in a defalcation made in any way from the total value of
the sum total of a man's property. Perfect security Security, call

There is a certain species of property which is of
a mixt nature referable partly to persons as the subject of it, and
partly to things: to persons in the first instance
to things in the second: property in such services
performable on the part of persons as consist in the
transfer of property in things: whether in such or such
individable things, or in any sort lot of individual things
of a particular sort, and to the amount of a certain value.
