It is by such devices that every part of the field of
law that regards property in immoveables being having been
abundant to the partnership, and left in the state of jurisprudential
law, the whole mass of it is now contained every deed or will that a man can pursue
or cause to be pursued is become a of litigation
heaving with questions of law, a never to be
worked out.

What in this part of the field would be the conduct
of the real legitimate legislator? always supposing him proof against
the deceipts that would be endeavoured to be put upon him by
learned treachery. Where by As often as in disposing of his property
whether by deed or will it was is a man's intention that the power
of alienation, should be possessed, the property not to go pass on to
natural representatives but in default of the exercise
of that such pursuit, he would direct the proprietor to say as
much, furnishing him with intelligible form of instruments
in plain and undeceitful honest language, adapted to that purpose:
– and so throughout.
