2. A According To injustice considered as having for its source
misconduct on the part of the Judge, the appropriate direct remedy
consists in the institution of a superintending super-ordinate judicature, occupied
in the superintendence and controul of the proceedings
of that those tribunals into which a cause is brought, or
capable of being brought in the first or former instance.

Under this head topic, the following superordinate topics of inquiry
present themselves.

1. By From what different operations injustice below in one may receive
its correction from the authority of a superordinate judicature.

2. What is the proper most number on the part of such shape or degrees
or subordination what is the most proper number – i.e. the number best adapted to the ends
of justice.
