Permitt me then to present to intreat Your Lordships notice
for the remaining ninety and nine, to whom, by the factual
comment which made written in the Magna Charter by the joint combined united
industry front of the man of law and the man of finance –
justice is not merely sold too der, but denied: denied
not for a time only, but for ever.

Mistake me not, my Lord: – No, this is not the
language of upbraiding hope, but of hope, considering to when
the appeal is made – how generous how unexampled the
exertions, how pure the will that is within – how well deserving
a correspondent assistance, could the profession professional stock have
furnished it from without, if every where in the seat of power, there
be a love of regard spirit for justice adequate to the task enterprize of placing seating
Justice as on the throne of so long usurped by Oppression and Abuse, it is in
Your Lordship's Lord Grenville's bosom we must look for it, are to hope expect to meet with it, or nowhere.
