Communications how removed
Objections or proposed amendments to this plan or any part of it may if communicated by any
Lord of Parliament, or other member of any of the ,
so it be in writing be assured of an acknowledgement in writing, as well as
of the respect due to the quarter situation from which they came: in
if from any other person quarter he can not engage
for any such special unless the suggestion should
by its intrinsic importance, appear to present a claim
to it. The objection, if too the author authors conception it appear insuperable,
will by him be acknowledged as such: if not, he will submitt
such answer defence to it as in may appear sufficient: and
so in regard to amendments.
The several communications with the names of the persons
from whom they respectively came, together with the answers,
will be inserted in work the work at large, of which the
present paper is but in a compressed abstract.
It may be of use that it should be known, that, on
the part of the author of this proposal, no remuneration
in any shape, – in the shape of office or any other –
is either expected looked for or desired: nor has any communication intercourse
been held by him on the subject with any person by
whom any such expectation or desire is entertained.
