Ah, why are are not has not his Majesty more kingdoms with more diversities
and more injustices, that the sacred prince which
handles in my bosom – the pure love of injustice – may
shew still more conspicuous in the eyes of thosebe from whose
sympathy and congenial gratitude it may with such confidence look
for the reward.

A state of things which in all places and at all times every country and in every age
has been more or less exemplified but which in our own seems
destined in a higher degree than ordinary seems destined to receive
its exemplification manifestation is this –
