Liberty of the Press Improbity universal
Art. 1 Reason

been in conformity to that interest behold no other possible
means of defence than the pretending to a degree of confidence
to which no human being ever could be entitled
and which could not the where without being
misplaced. Be not deceived: the more greedy a man is
of confidence, the less deserving of it he shews himself to be.

In every case a minimum should be the quantity of
confidence .
