Letter on Mondays
and Thursdays to insure

2. That Letters might
be sent in a sealed
state – For that he
had always sent
his own in that
state to Mr Blaquiere,
which were generally
of the most private
nature, and had never
had reason to
suspect that they had
been opened.
3. That he could receive
letters from
as well as send letters
to France gratis.
