manifest to all eyes the particular admiration extraordinary regard
and particular consideration attention with which, by this Sovereign
Congress Assembly, acceptance has by their Sovereign
Assembly been given to those most important writings
of the illustrious friend of man, and conspicuous
Advocate of the cause of Nations.
