To support by Authority a proposition plain enough of itself, by
Authority, let me glean an observation a passage from a
masterly politician. + + Observ.s on a late Plate of the Nation p. 123. 8vo. on Speaking of the industry

"Such Evidence never was laid before Parliament.
This unexampled amplitude of instruction, is expected
assumed, (it was too obvious manifest to be proved
to by argument) to be a benefit to those who

had it, and as such imputed for righteousness to those
who gave it.

If Should then a plan of the nature that here proposed
be adopted, Evidence, copious as this is presented, what has been described
would concerning every Title that comes within it, would be ever
lying before Parliament.

What soever mischief can is liable to happen on the score in relation to
of a Law, whether on the score of it's redundancies
or of it's defects, happen it cannot, but
that some person or other is interested to have it
redressed — He who is interested to have it redressed
will wish to have it — To have it redressed
one thing is absolutely necessary, that notice of it
(at least of some other parallel incident) should be
communicated [+] [+] and the more of such incidents are communicated the greater is their [weight] efficacy towards the end proposed by them to those only who alone have power to redress
