Witnesses Not to be enforced to give
Evidence against themselves.

A prohibition shall go to Court Christian,
if they compel a man to be a
witness against himself; for (unless in
causes matrimonial, & testamentary)
nemo tar tenetur prodere seipsum. Cro.
