If on constant pay are to the Workhouse; and in the House
the same are provided with a White Jackett with a Red Arm & for
a Whole Year perform every Menial Office for every poor person
in the House Scalding the Chamber Pots once a Week & wrinsing
them clean every Morn Emptying the Vault Blacking Shoes &c &c

For a lame or Lazy Pauper we use the Electrifying Machine
These that are on constant pay out of the House are paid
in Mony only and every Week unless seen without their Badg
as all are Badgd both in an out of the Workhouse/ in such a Case
their pay is Stopd for a Month & they have the Liberty of going
to the Workhouse. If seen 3 times without their Badge
their are struck off the Parish Book
2nd
If any live uncleanly they are sent to the Workshouse until they have
learnd to live in a Better way, What so contagious as a foul air!
3rd
The Badge being worn- by every Pauper all on constant pay are
Oblidged to attend the Church twice a day on Sunday if alle or
some other place of Divine Worship, concluding if they do not
know their duty they will not be able to Practice it
Drunkeness Laziness Thievishness &c &c will be the Con
sequence of such a neglect.....

If any by Tipling neglect their Work or their Familys or
Spoil their work or use their wife or Childrn ill, they are sent to the
House.

5th
If the Pauper Putative Father of a Bastard Child does not bring
the pay appointed by the Magistrates the Lewd Woman is
sent sent out of the way of Being tempted or tempting
others, this has been productive of great good to our
Parish as well as to the Poor in Genl
