Any Member liable
to be excluded from
the Coffee Room by
3 black Balls or
by black Balls from
1/4 of the whole number

Any Member black-balled
out of the
Coffee Room liable to
be farther black-balled
into the Coventry
walk: that is excluded
from every part of the
Garden but that.

Any Member black-balled
into the Coventry
Walk liable
to be expelled by
a majority of the
Members by Ballot
and in that case to
have not the whole
of her deposit returned
but only the 3/4
1/2 or 1/4 according to
the Ballot.

If a Member dies
within the month,
and the Child if any, likewise
1/2 the Deposit to be
returned — Income to
whom?

To be buried, (unless
otherwise ordered
by Will or desired
by friends) in the
Panopticon burying-ground.

A stone to be laid
down for each — hence
a pavement will be
gradually formed,
which as such may
have its use — ex g.

The Canal not
to come in at right
angles but obliquely,
and to serpentine
in general narrow at the turn
brook-like, with here
and there an irregular
extension
at proper places
for catching the
eye and rendering
itself visible from
the House and different
parts of the Town,
and if possible from the
entrance.

The sides of the
Canal to be planted
in several places
so as to overhang
it and in time
meet over it: ex. g.
by enarching.
Rock-work over
the arch at which
the Canal comes
in.

A wherry or two,
if it were only for
shew at the broad
places.

The Slope to
the North which
now looks very ugly
in Kitchen
Garden ground
may be disposed,
the nearest part
of it in mown
grass with clumps
of shrubs & flowers,
the furthest part
in pasture for Cows:
with only a Shrubbery
and a walk
surrounding the whole.

There must be no
Kitchen Garden on
the sloping part. It
must be either covered
by Catkins, walks
Shrubberies, pure
Grass or Grass with
fruit trees and other
shrubs scattered on
it.

The Sotimion may
have its own Ice-house,
built a
la Bunce.

So its Cellars,
built in like manner.
