A 1 Political Prospects

An undesirable Bankruptcy may be attended with be a state more eligible than the state nation was put into by the glorious operation of Mr Pelham It may be not altogether without its use
that men should be apprised — not only that
there are degrees of Bankruptcy from a flea-bite
to a death-wound — but even that a very
high degree of its Bankruptcy may be scarce if at indistinguishable
all dis- in its effects, from the highest degree
of prosperity ever yet experienced. This
is it must be confessed a Paradox. But Paradox
which means but contrary to general
opinion conception <add>understanding</add> - Paradox and falshood are not synonymous:
that which is extraordinary is not on that
account necessarily untrue.

The fam operation, the famous the glorious the
alas! init inimitable operation of Mr Pelham
was in substance and effect neither more nor less
