As to any meaning, applying exclusively or more
particularly to these laws, of that be meant by the
Reverend Doctor, as it appears seems to have been meant by
him to be insinuated, the same observation that applied
has been seen already applying to the word design, applies
to this word also.

As to the benignity of the crown - benignity is
of the number of these attributes which in the " Every-thing
-is a as - it - should - be school both masters and the scholars make
us sure of finding in the metaphorical, as in a coronation
-day they would the jewels that belong have been set to the
material, crown. To whom what person for the benignity metaphorical jewel thus
attributed to the crown really belongs, and of what sort
of water it is apt to made; will presentlyby and by be made a subject
of inquiry:of inquiry: of inquiry, to serve<add>forasmuch as to that function may the though the work of discovery is work for aweakest hand is imperfect.=but
stronger handsset of hands.Inquiry? yes discovery? not that if performed must be the work of stronger handseyes.

The legislation trusts On this the occasion here in question and for
this purpose, the legislation (we as assured by the Reverend
Doctor) trusts to the "benignity" of the crown". and this assurance
he gives us as coolly and distinctly, as if
an act of parliament, were lying before him declaring as much as so many
words, were lying before him. But, for of this assertion
where is the proof or so much as the colour?

But all this is part and parcel of the same design -
this deep and mysterious design, into the secret
of which the reverend Doctor has in <add>of hisCollege - dreams some how or other
been initiated-admitted..
