of the avowed pardon "the resolutions"
of the Royal bearer of the Crown with
its "benignity" are "governed" in the case
of the virtual pardon let the token
of the liberality of the friend of the
proposed object of the God-like attribute
of mercy apply itself to the pocket
of some person or other, official or professional,
concerned in the manufacture
of indictments with the flaws
and reputed flaws of which they
are respectively susceptible.

As in the case of the avowed
pardon, it belongs not to any private
hand either to reckon up the number
or to print out the Stations of persons
by whose exertion, joint or several,
it may happen to the benignity of
the crown to be thus displayed, neither
