Collectanea

Evesham 11 Feby 1810

Dear Sir,

I have sent you the inclosed
as instructions for a bill to be immediately
filed agst Mr Fermor the present
owner who is the son of the
Original Mortgagee for the principal
and interest due to Mr Acton. – This
step would not have been taken so
hastily had not Mr young the partner
of Mr Mills in parliament
Street written us a most unhandsome
and impertinent letter
after having troubled us to write
four to him before he replied at
all. – You will wait upon them
with the Spa if possible tomorrow
& the longer you make the
bill, the better you will please
me as I have a great desire to
to make these Gentlemen know
themselves.

I am D Sir Yrs truly
Geo. Jackson Esqr Wm Phelps

Messrs Grahame suffd a recovy for Fermor.
