Morning Chronicle of Decr. 1819. Extract from Sir Robt Wilson's
Speech 6 Decr 1819 in the House of Commons.

"For he would tell them, (Ministers), if they persisted
"in the system they were pursuing, they would soon
"see both revolution and bankruptcy."

7 Decr. — Mr. C. Hutchinson.

"The noble Lord, (Castlereagh,) was going on in a fair
"way to receiving drive the people of this Country into
"the same state in which the people of Ireland were
"at the time of the Rebellion

"He was afraid they were about to witness a repetition
of these doings in this Country."
