"A letter from Stockholm of the 28th of August mentions
another instance of the bold & independent spirit
that influences the Diet of Norway. The upper house of
that Assembly have caused proceedings to be instituted in
the Court of the States, against two of the Ministers, for
mal-administration, viz Count Wedel-Jarlsburg,
head of the Finance Department & Count Fasting,
Chief of the Department of the Navy."
