Fallacies Collectanea
☞ Applicable to the purpose of quizzing the origin
of the English corrupting depredation and oppression System and
irresponsibility – system.
Morn. Chron. Feb 8, 1826.
{From the Bombay Gazette. Augt 25.)
"The Sovereigns of Cutch, like most other despots, were
occasionally obliged to concede privileges of a humiliating
nature, to those classes which had been most active
in support of their power, amongst whom the Moyanas
appear to have been favoured in a singular
degree; for it is said, in consequence of their having
saved Rhingur, a Prince who reigned about 400 years
back, from destruction, they were rewarded with the
extraordinary right to plunder, with impunity, which
is still perhaps in some measure countenanced
by his descendants, who consider themselves bound
to refrain from punishing any of that tribe."
Will not you give us an article on the exhibition
made a few days ago in the Vice Chancellor's
Court on the occasion of the assigning Counsel and
Solicitor to the pauper Bankrupt?
