10. Better claim might Ultramaria make to exercise
dominion over Spain, than Spain over Ultramaria
Rather Ultramaria rule Spain.

11. Retrenchment being so indispensable, the Dominion,
by its expence, is hurtful to King, Clergy, and Public Creditor
in Spain. Retrenchment makes particular interests adverse.

12. Irreconcileable with the Dominion are the known
interests and affections of the soldiery. The soldiery adverse.

13. England affords no example in proof of the preferableness
of such Dominion. Similar Dominion hurts
England.

14. Mode of computing profit and loss by the Dominion
Estimates proposed.

15. By clinging to the dominion, Spain would be
dishonoured; by relinquishment, honoured. Relinquishment honorable.

16.The Dominion relinquished, the profit to Spain
from Ultramaria would be net and great. Relinquishment
profitable.
