Opening of the Messiah
The voice of the holy one breaks thro' the darkness of heaven High in the permament thunders the loud voice of God!
Sing, – spirit immortal – the glorious and salvation to wandering of man
Of wandering verse, or by the body obtained
By Messiah, tho' clad in mortality, rescued on earth.
Our father in heaven – thy name, be it sanctified even
Thy Kingdom approach – in heaven thy will be fulfilled
And on earth! – Still Our daily our wants daily, O father!
Forgive us our Sins – & teach us, O God! to forgive
Deliver us if we are tempted, & keep us from evil
Thro thine is the Kingdom, the power & the glory forever.
