O Let thy conscience guide thee in thy road
Thou canst not go astray;
For the every path conducts to God
When virtue points the way.

Beneath His ever present eye
We each our portion have
All hastening to eternity
Thro' one dark gate – the grave.

All, – all partake his general care
the sain's on all descend:
All – all his common bounty share
Of all the unwearied friend.

To purge scatter firebrands – to Shall creatures of the dust presume
To fill His gugement seat to fill
Yea shall earth's worms of a ready tomb
Dethroning the Infinite? Anticipate this well?
