2. Each Prisoner shall be supplied at least twice a day with some kind of
wholesome food, each time to the extent of his desires :
but the quality in other respects is expressly reserved to the choice of
the Proposer as a means of influencing inducing them and
as a means of without the ininflicting aid of corporal severities
to set their hands to labour.

3. Each Prisoner is to be properly cloathed kept in a state of constant
cleanliness
neatness and lightness , and to that purpose shall
be supplied at least once a year with at least one compleat suit of such cloaths
in every year as shall be allotted, with and with a clean shirt
at least twice in every week.

34. Each Prisoner is to be shall be constantly supplied with a separate
bed and bedding competent to his situation , and kept
in a state of constant cleanliness , the sheeting being
changed at least once in every month. fortnight.

5. The prison and shall be kept warmed in every part and lighted
whenever the season renders it necessary , and lighted
at the Proposer's expence.

6. No Prisoner shall be suffered to have access to any
kind of spiritous liquor , except where ordered in
the way of medicine.

6.7 A Clergyman of the Church of Chaplain Chaplain, being a Clergyman of the Church of England shall
be provided who shall be in person or by occasional
