be put to him in relation thereto, not only on the part of
the Court or Officer of the Crown but by leave of the Court
on the part of any other person whatsoever.

This Contract to be determined by the death of the Proposer,
or by judgment of the Court of King's Bench for misbehaviour
established according to the summary mode of procedure
abovementioned.

Provided that if such death should take place within 14
years from the date hereof, this contract shall continue in force
for the remainder of such term of 14 years, for the benefit of
any devisee or devisees of the proposer, such devisee or devisees
being in like manner subject to immediate removal for misbehaviour.

Provided also that this Contract may be assigned over by
the Proposer to any fit person for any term determinable
upon his the Proposer's life, and so toties quoties upon the death
of any such assignee, every such assignee being in like manner
subject to immediate removal for misbehaviour.

On the removal of the Proposer or any such devisee or assignee
or in default of such devise, it shall be lawful for the Court
of King's Bench or in vacation time for the Lord Chief Justice
as aforesaid, at the instance of his Majesty's Attorney General
to appoint a fit person to take possession of the whole establishment
in question in trust as well for the Crown as for the individuals
interested, and that on such terms and for such time as
such Court or Chief Justice shall think fit to order.
