the part of the said Proposer. Now therefore it is hereby
farther agreed that over and above the said origini
the said Jeremy Bentham and his Representatives shall at any time and
so from time to time be at liberty to deliver in an
account of the quantit all such all or any such
articles expended either in quality of as materials used in the construction
of the said Building and its appurtenances or in
quality of provisions materials of manufactures or or other necessaries for the convicts Prisoners
other stock whatsoever in actually bona fide consumed or
worked up within the said period of a year together
with the times at which they were respectively contracted
For, accompanied with a comparative statement of the
prices at the two different periods in question, and the
amount of the enhancement upon each And upon such which said
the exhibition of proper vouchers as well touching such account shall <add>to be accompanied by proper vouchers for the proof</add> of
the actual price and expenditure at the said later period as
of the fair or current price of the like articles at the said
former period, whereupon he the said Jeremy Bentham
shall be intitled to the sum total amount of the enhancement
indicated by every such account in the way of drawback
on the amount of such taxes and in the way of
compensation for resu so proved together with interest
at the rate of 5 per cent from the day of the delivery
of such account to the day on which the amount thereof shall
