Appointment of Jy B. as Feoffee

in the County of Surrey (being the spot the in the
said Act particularly specified and described</del> ) as the
spot upon which shall be erected the said Penitentiary
House or Houses for the purpose aforesaid, which
said spot consists of the several pieces or forests of
land following that is to say All that piece or parcel
of Garden Ground
is the same spot the value whereof is in the said
Act mentioned as having on the 10th day of September
1782 been assessed by a Special Jury duly summoned
and empanelled as thereas mentioned been assessed at the
sum of six thousand six hundred pounds, [as appears
by the verdict and assessment now of record]

and which in the Verdict of the said Jury as recited in and
by the said Act, is described as containing and consisting of the
which said subject and consists of the
several pieces of ground or forests following that is to say
