And moreover for the purpose of making for the purchase of
the said spot as aforesaid and accepting a conveyance
of the same [as feofee] in manner aforesaid it hath
also seemed good to us to appoint and to we do
by these presents accordingly constitute and appoint Jeremy Bentham
of Lincolns Inn Barrister at Law as the sole Feofee
and in such quality to take and hold the said described
premises aforesaid according to the said Act and further purposes
therein contained with the premises as a corporation sole and for
the accomplishment of the said purpose </del>
And moreover personally and to do and
perform all and every such act or acts thing or things
as in and by the said Statute a feoffee is to be appointed is usually particularly empowered to do or which for the
carrying into the same execution in that behalf by
feoffee and such feoffee be necessary or proper to be done
