Panopticon versus

Under the old law, the a property in the service of the Convict, though
personally it could be of no use to the transporter though in the
nature of the case it could not be of use to any body during was

words, to the transporter, that he at the end of the voyage, he
might have it to convey to his on shore. Under

The only thing that man's service that could really have been meant to be conveyed
the property in the service at the end of as far of the man as the end of the voyage is drop

Understanding that at the conclusion of the voyage,
the Bondsman was not under this new system to be sold to assigned over to an independent
purchaser, but to be put into the hands of an
