In operating if the mention thus made of terms, I
have stumbled as it were upon an a topic of observation, which article, which by an
unhappy oversight on my part was omitted out of the
last of official grounds of relinquishment, although altogether
wanting I must confess of the company of the four others
an article constituting in effect a fifth ground of relinquishment:
an article unfortunately though but very honestly omitted
out of the list of articles above comprised under that name: although
