Bicetre Proposal

5 For the reimbursement of the Nation public, the General
Hospital shall stand charged with an allowance
to be made to the nation public to the same amount
during its continuance.

6. For the first expence of building an allowance
shall be made to the amount of £6
a head for the number of persons to be lodged,
over and above the purchase money of the ground.

7. In discharge of this expence 1£ a year
shall be deducted from the head-money every year
after the first, over and above interest at the rate of 4 per cent by which means the whole sum
will be paid of at the end of 7 years.

8. The Undertaker shall further stand charged
with the rent of the land, at the rate of 4
per cent for the inte money laid out on the purchase
of it.
