a Surveyor to view ye sd Premises; and the Person or Persons appealing
shall if He she or they think proper, appoint one other Surveyor for that

to & for the Vestry of any Parish within the sd City & Lib'ty to raise with

shall by the sd Comrs be assessed & charged upon such respive
Parishes; Provided Notice of such Intention or Desire be given
to the sd Comrs by the Vestry Clerk of such Parish respively on or before
