The Lease from the Parish of St Margaret Westms
to the Governors of the Grey Coat Hospital
Expires at Michaelmas 1786

It appears that the Hospital takes in 20 children naked from
the Parish for the Sum of £3.12.0 Each Child
at the age of Seven years, at the Binding out of which
the Parish allows Each Child £1.10.0

It further appears that the Parish presents 20 more children
naked at the age of seven years without the least allowance
either for maintenance or apprenticeship - Excepting
the Hospital - House Rent free

From the above Account it is presumed the
Case will stand as under vizt

which amount to half of the Number of Children
kept and to which may be added half of the

Add to the above the annual Rent paid to

Therefore It is apprehended, it will be found that the Hospital
Pays £389.16.0 per Annum to the Parish for the Rent of the House
