Collegiate Church of St. Peter in Westminster.

At a Chapter held on Thursday the Fifteenth day of
November in the year of our Lord 1798.

Whereas notice has been given by advertisement
in the Public Papers signed "Joseph White Sollicitor
"to the Treasury" of a Bill intended to be brought
into Parliament the approaching Session,
for the inclosure of Tothill Fields in Westminster;
And the Dean and Chapter being the Proprietors
of Tothill Fields, have not consented to any
Bill for that purpose.

Resolved

That the Dean and Chapter will oppose such
Bill if it should be brought in to Parliament. And

That a Copy of this Resolution be forthwith
sent to Joseph White Esquire Sollicitor of
the Treasury by our Chapter Clerk.
