In pursuance of the Act of Parliament (34. Geo. 3. C. 84) passed in the
thirt 34th Year of his Majesty's reign and intituled

I do hereby give you notice to quit possession
on or before the 25th day of this instant March next of all and singular the premises held by you of the
in my said quality of Feoffee and and by virtue
of the Lease to you granted by the said Marquis
of Salisbury: And moreover that in such
quitting of possession⊞ ⊞ on the said day (instead of the 29th day of Septr next ensuing being the day on which, in virtue of the notice given to you by Mr Hodges your immediate Landlord of whom you hold at Will, your time and interest in this premises expires} be attended with any damage
of whose in respect of his Estate at Milbank aforesaid to yourself o to any other person or persons

I do also hereby desire and give you notice
on or before the 12th instant to deliver or cause to be delivered to me⊞ ⊞ at my House as abovementioned your estimate⊞ ⊞ of the amount of all such damage
of all such damage, with the amount and together with the several sums
particulars of your d the monies of money you expect
and demand in satisfaction for the dama several
articles composing the such amount: of such damage:
recommending it to you to render such estimate
as circumstantial and particular as may be
in relation to the several articles composing the such respective articles.

And I moreover give you notice, that in
case of your omitting to deliver to me, such

delivered in by you to me within the time
herein above appointed, or that such estimate
or demand shall in the judgement of their said Lordships the Lords Commissioners of the Treasury appear exorbitant to them or

and explicit or otherwise it shall⊞ ⊞ it shall in the whole or any part thereof be so expressed as that no sufficient judgement of the reasonableness can be formed find
not be such if the reasonableness of which
of being expressed in such manner that no
judge sufficient judgement of the reasonableness
thereof can be found.
