Agreeable to a notice received by Mr John Donne
from Jeh Jeremy Bentham Esqre for quitting his nursery
and Premisses situate at Mill Bank on the twenty-
fifth day of this inst.. March 17800, We value the loss
or Damages to the said John Donne quitting agreeable
to March notice at the sum of one hundred and fifty
four pounds 8/9....
We also Value the unexpired term of the Lease
and the Consideration for quitting Business
at four hundred and fifteen pounds—
