Removal Clauses. Donne. 1. Jackson
Statement of Mrs. Jacksons claim in consequence of quitting the Premises
which she now occupies on Milbank at Lady Day next made out by order
of Mr. John Donne Landlord thereof. March 4th 1800
But receiving Notice from Jeremy Bentham Esq. dated March 8th to make
out a cleare statement of every particular which is as follows viz —

of Fruit in the two Gardens 6
Improvements and Buildings on the premises and keeping it in repair.
1 — A small Back Room adjoining the Ditch —
2 — Flooring one Do in the Kitchen. —
3 — 1 Wash House and Flooring the same
4 — sinking a Well —
5 — Fencing round the Kitchen along the Garden by the Ditch with
a Gate leading thereunto. —
2 Closets in the Kitchen — 27
6 — Amount of Rent for two Rooms during the Summer — 12.12
£45.12.0
As Mrs. Jackson quits at Lady day for the accommodation of the Landlord
at an extreme inconvenience to herself, an allowance in proportion thereto should
be made which Mrs. Jackson has a right to expect should be done.

After living in a little Cottage twenty six years and making improvements
on the same trusting on your well known goodness to feel for the Widow
of an Officer who has a Mother near 90 years of age to support which duty
as well as inclination prompts me to think of besides many more that is
very near all this I leave to your generous consideration and am Sir with
all Deference and respect your
