Hodges Contract

And the said Jeremy Bentham &c doth hereby
covenant and agreed to and with the said Benjamin
Hodges &c that if he said Jeremy
Bentham &c shall not on the said 25th instant
have paid or tendered or caused to be paid or
tendered to the said Benjamin Hodges the
aforesaid sum of £3750 on the said 25th
instant that then and in that case he &c will
not demand possession of the said premises
or any part thereof from the said Benjamin
Hodges &c on any day earlier than the said
29th of September.

And the said Benjamin Hodges &c
hereby covenants and agrees to and with the said
Jeremy Bentham to –
