And whereas the said John Donne hath moreover demand and made
demand of the further sum of £183.19 as the value of his right and
interest in respect of such parts of the premises comprized in the said Lease
as are not are not in his own occupation but let out to by him
to divers persons as Tenants at Will, at the several rents specifed
in the Schedule marked B and hereunto annexed, inasmuch as such
quitting possession as aforesaid would comman be attended with damage to him the said
John Donne with damage to the amount of £ the same being the aggregate amount of the sum
of the said Rents for the year ending on the said 25th of March
1801.

And that he will not at any time demand or a demand of any
of the present occupiers mentioned in the said Schedule
or any of them the Rents therein mentioned or
any part of thereof

Do Contract Agreement

And And whereas the parcels comprized in the said
Lease consist of a Nursery Ground containing by admeasurement
seven Acres one Rood and ten Perches
or thereabouts in the occupation of him the said John
Donne, and of divers Tenements holden by divers persons
as Tenants at Will which said Tenements together with
the names of the respective Occupiers and the their respective Rents
are contained in the Schedule marked B and hereunto
annexed.

And that of the said John Donne should in like manner
be permitted to retain such his possession untill the 25th
day of Decr. then and in that cse the said compensation
money shall be further reduced from £200 to £100

And that the said Jeremy Bentham shall not be
called uon for the payment of the said £500 or any part
thereof at the time in the said Contract in that behalf
mentioned: nor for any part thereof other than such parts
as are herein respectively abovementioned to wit at the times and
the contingencies herein are also above-mentioned.
