And whereas the said estimated Sum of
is not greater than the sum which the said Jeremy
Bentham, in pursuance of the powers onto
discretion in that behalf reposed in him by the
Lords Commissioners of his Majesty's Treasury
under the powers of contained in the said Act, thinks fit
to be allowed to the said
in and for and in full satisfaction of such
the right and interest of the said
as aforesaid.

Now therefore it is hereby agreed by and between
the said parties that the said
shall on the said 25 of this instant March
or any such subsequent day subsequent thereto on which he shall
be required so to do by the said Jeremy Bentham
peaceably and wholly quit the said premises
and full possession thereof deliver if so required
to the said Jeremy Bentham or any Agent
or Agents of his duly authorized by writing under
his hand to receive the same he the said
Jeremy Bentham at the same time paying
or causing to be paid to the said
the said sum of the which may say
the when so paid the said
doth hereby acknowledge to be in full satisfy
for all such his right and interest, and claim
by reason of damage as aforesaid.
