And that of the said John Donne should in like
manner be permitted to retain such his possession untill
the 25th of Decr. next ensuing, then and in that case
the said compensation money shall be further reduced from
£200 to £100:–

And that if he should in like manner be permitted to retain
such his possession untill the 25th of March 1801 (being the day on which
his said Lease
expires) then and in
that case he shall
not be intitled to
receive the said last
compensation-money
any part thereof:
but shall quit the
premises gratis.

And it is further covenanted and agreed that if the
if the said John Donne &c shall not be obliged to quit possession have quitted been called upon to
quit possession of the said Nursery Ground on the said 25th of Ma this
instant March, he shall not be obliged to quit possession
of the same earlier than on the said 29th of Septr
nor shall he at any time prior to the said 25th of March
1801 be obliged to quit possession without 182 91 days notice
at the least:–

shall be obliged to quit such his possession on any day
intermediate day between one quarter day and another
he shall receive by way of compensation money a
rateable sum, in a proportion taken from the sum
payable as aforesaid on the quarter day next preceding
the day on which he shall a to have been obliged such intermediate day.

And it is hereupon moreover agreed that the
said Jeremy Bentham &c shall not be called upon
if the said John Donne shall not have been called upon to
quit possession of the said Nursery Ground on the said
25th of Mar this instant March he the said Jeremy
Bentham shall not be called upon for the payment of
the said £500 or any part thereof on the said day: nor shall he be
called upon for the said sum or any part thereof on any
subsequent day, otherwise than as is herein above mentioned.
